Chris's Gym Log
So today is the day I create the gym log.

Lifting 3 days a week on Monday Wednesday and Friday 0600-0700h. HIIT on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday 0700h - 0800h.

Missed early morning HIIT today. Have to do it tonight as soon as I get home. Will do the rowing while doing the laundry.

Totally missed Friday, and ate a slice or two of Pizza and beer and wine. Not good. Today better with healthy eating and drinking and now about to do some HIIT here at BH on the rowing machine.

Did the HIIT and all. A bit rough on the knees is the rowing. I think the bike will be better. Monday afternoon will tell us...

Medina pounded me in the gym. Will try to swim at lunch and HIIT after work.

Did the swim at lunchtime - 20 legths. Could have done more but it was good.

Did nothing in the evening, but will do a walk for 30 minutes this morning and then have the swim at lunch time again...

May I ask where do you swim?
My favorite swim time is lunch hour too. In our community pool I am the ONLY one chosing that time, so I have a "private" pool. Do you have similar experience? |
Hi Galadriell. Congrats on your progress. I swim at my local pricey sports club. It's the only pool within easy reach. Normally it's not too busy, but certainly there'll be 5-6 people there...

The swim goes good. Did 21 lengths with 8 of them being HIIT for a third (about 8 seconds full on in the middle of the length). Feel really good now.

The gym was good this morning and I'm much looking forward to the swim at lunchtime.

Also going to do a little walk tonight - just a 'round the neighborhood' type of thing to have the dinner settle. Steak tonight :)

Did the swim. 10 Lengths warm up. 4 lengths HIIT. 2 L maintain. 4 L HIIT. 1 L warm down.

189.0 and 23.0 Missed the walk this morning - needed the sleep. But there will be the swim at lunchtime and one doesn't want to overtrain.
