Hello Jude, Julie, Steph and Glenda.

It was great meeting you bunch of gorgeous low carbers and I enjoyed the meal at the Malihat Inn ( I don`t think that the waitress did however) and the splendid scenery.

I ll post you the pixs when I get back home as I ll be in LA for the next fortnight.

I'm so sorry to have heard that Glenda passed away last year.

She was a very nice person and I remember the lovely day that we all spent on Malihat.

It's hard to believe she's gone... :(
