hi I started on the Atkins diet and switched over to protein power, or rather a combination of the two, so far so good. I have been to alot of sites and read alot of the forums but this is the first time Ive ever registered. This site seems to have alot of support and information. Especially about getting products in Canada. Anyways just a short intro I am 29 and have been married for 5 years and have a 3 year old daughter I work part time, I have been l-carbing since Jan. this year.
