How to figure Flaxmeal carb count

I use alot of flaxmeal, and have still not been able to figure out how to add it to My P.L.A.N. The box of Hodgson Mill milled flax seed says that it has the following:

Serving size 2 TBS
Calories 60
Total Fat 5g
Cholesterol 0
Sodium 0
Total Carb 4g
Fiber 4g
Sugar 0
Protein 3g

So how do I add that to my plan so I can use it everyday?

The manufacturer has "rounded off" the numbers, as often happens. Flax does contain a small amount of carbs. I used the information from the USDA site to enter flax as a Custom Food in My P.L.A.N.

Here is a link to the USDA site. If you need more help, I'll try to copy my entry in My P.L.A.N. and send it to you. :)

Just enter the word flax in the search box.

Please show me how to do it, since my brain just doesn't seem to work the same way as most others!
