Lose 5lb. challenge #387
 
How to play :
Just copy LAST post and add your name.
If there are people above 5 lbs to go, add your name after that last 5 lbs- to- go person listed. Use the start-weight from the day when you join this challenge. Start at 5.0 lbs to go. Update your weight as often as you like and move yourself up in the ranks accordingly.

When someone loses 5 lbs we have a WINNER! There can be more than 1 winner in the same day!

Jumping back in after being away a bit as I was doing the opposite and was gaining instead! Decided enough was enough this weekend and have started the week walking and doing some 16-hour IFs.

Anyone up for ditching the rank and just letting the lbs. to go speak for itself? We didn't rank on another board that did a 5 lbs. challenge and it worked fine; would be easier to update.

Ugh, 5 lbs up since I stopped tracking my dairy and such.
Time to get back at that.
It’s amazing what can happen over a month of not being diligent for me.

I really need my dairy measured. I will admit I am addicted to sauces with my meals. How is everyone else faring? The struggle is real I know, for me the biggest thing is chasing the taste of sweet. It makes me binge.

I'm not losing much. Things are going slow, but still going. I probably need to measure my dairy too.

And sweet, it also makes me binge. So I have cut it out. Almost completely. Now, things like red bell peppers taste sweet. Even some cheese tastes sweet.

Yes totally agree on veggies tasting sweet. It’s funny how I had gotten totally desensitized to the amount of sweetness in things. Now that I dropped the artificial sweeteners from daily consumption red bell peppers and cauliflower taste sweet. it was a struggle to drop the cream cheese, cocoa powder, sweetener treat i used to eat at night before cleaning up my eating again. I’ve switched it out to scrambled eggs. That helped.

I’m on vacation now and I can’t weigh myself. I’m trying to keep away from as much carbs as I can. I lose much faster when I do. I’ll be back next week.
