Hi, I have issues that make low carb hard, yet it's the only thing that really works for me so I'm trying again. I have a lot of food intolerances so many low carb go to's are inflamatory for me, such as egg whites, almonds, and coconut to name a few. I'm hoping i might find others with these issues and that they might help me to get through it.
