New to low carbing
 

Hi! I too have a little over 100 lbs. to lose. I have three children
and a husband to fix meals for so I'm finding it a little difficult. Can you give me some sample meals that you eat? When school starts next week I'll only have to fix breakfast and lunch for myself and won't be tempted by their carbs! Thanks for any input you can give. Lisa
