~berries Workout Log~
DAY 1. Feb 17, 2010
Today I did an hour workout at the gym. I will try to go at least 5x a week or 3 at the least. The days I dont make it, I will do Tae-Bo workouts at home. THIS IS THE ORDER I WORKED OUT: 10minn. on the Bike(~ high resistance) 40minn. Weight Machines(I try to get all body parts worked) 10minn. on the Elliptical(~ slow and fast speeds) When I finish a workout, it feels sooo good!! I love it when my shirt is soaked in sweat...Job done! |
DAY 2. Feb 18, 2010
About to get ready and go to the gym! Drink my red bull and off I go!! UPDATE: Came home from the gym and it was another great workout. I did 20 minnutes cardio & 40 minnutes weight training. I must say, I already see my body firming :agree: Feeels GREAT!! |
DAY 3. Feb 19, 2010
Gym was hard today...I was sooo tired but never gave up. Same routine: 20 minnutes cardio and 40 minnutes weights. Off to bed :wave: |

I did 15minn. of Tae-Bo, omg it was difficult. The gym is actually easier in a weird way. It's ok though, because I'm working on it and sooner then later, I will be so damn fit :agree: Goal: To make working out a hobby :thup: |

Today I might do Tae-Bo or go on a 4 mile brisk walk..... UPDATE: I went on a 4 mile walk with the family :) |

Went to the gym!! 20minn. cardio and about 20minn. weight training. Feels good :cheer: |

YAY :cheer: I got through week 1!! Today I stayed at the gym for an hour and 15 minnutes!! Feels sooo goood. Gonna make me some dinner now! UPDATE: I did 10minn. of Tae-Bo after dinner! I still had so much energy I wanted to use it up. |

I had to rest my body again. I'ts also my time of the month too...cramps made it unpleasant. |

No gym these days...had my yucky time of the month downer feeling...eck Back at it tomorrow for sure ;) |

YES I DID IT BACK TO WORKIN' IT OUT!!!! I worked out both days at the gym, an hour each. My body craves for more! I can't wait to go again today. |

Just got back home from the gym. I worked-out for about an hour and 10minn. 20 minnutes cardio(Bike & Treadmill) and the rest weight training. Love gettin' back in the groove of things* |
