Teens on paleo?
 

Hi yall, any teens on paleo out there? i've been doing it for the past five days...it's amazing ;) . just wondering if any teens had any experiences on paleo to talk about..

What are you finding about it that you like? I'm trying to convince my 14-year-old daughter to try it primarily to see if it will clear up her acne. Any specific feedback you have will be welcome!

benefits i have found...
 

Sure i'd be happy to provide you with feedback..i've been raving to everyone! lol Off the top of my head some benefits have been

a) i'm not craving food or wanting to eat all the time
b) i'm not as tempted by non-paleo foods anyway
c) my skin (which has never been very bad) is even better
d) I feel energetic and am able to get straight out of bed in the morning
e) I feel fitter even though I haven't increased my exercise
f) i don't feel like i'm depriving myself and i don't feel restricted in any way
