Thanks Robert. I know I can lose it.
I have been following induction for the last five days and doing real good with it.
I printed up a list of induction foods and put it on the front of my fridge so I could see it everyday and eat only what is on it.
I feel like I have already lost some but have no scales so I can weigh myself.
I want to go to Wal mart tonight to get some and see if they have the Atkins low carb book to.

This is going to be a life changing event for me and I have my mind set to do it and never look back again on the old me.
I am tired of being fat and not being able to do the things I want to do and need to do also. I am tired of being short breathed and looking like a beached whale in my clothing to.
I want to live and fun filled and happy life and right now this weight is all that is holding me back so I have decided its time for it to come off for good............
