My first week on induction !! :-)

Today was my 7 day weight in and i am happy to say that i lost 11 pounds!!! :)

This only happens to MEN. :lol: I'm jealous.

But that was a good effort. :thup: Keep going. And don't forget that your body is going through a big adjustment. Chances are it will be a while before you get a drop like that again. Don't give up!
