Happy Monday everyone!
I am feeling great!! I previously posted that I had lost 12 lbs in 2 weeks. Well, it has now been 3 and I am still at 12...HOWEVER, I have lost an inch off my waist in 3 weeks. I don't need to lose anymore weight, maybe 10 lbs tops but I think for the first time in my life I am HAPPY with everything... the way I look, my absolutely wonderful boyfriend....ok, not my job, but almost everything!!! Just wanted to share that I can't remember a time when I was so happy on a Monday before!!!!!! :)

Congrats Fern

I cant wait to get to that stage. I had a huge weight loss in 3 weeks and then in week 4, it seem to stall but like you I measured myself and found I have lost 1 and a 1/2 inches off my waist and hips.

I'm still fed up about the scales but the inches were quite a satisfying shock. Also those addictive Ketostix are still turning so I figure the weight is still coming off. Also getting my mind into a longterm view which makes me feel much more calm about the failure of the scales in week 4. Beginning to feel quite zen in fact about the whole thing ...

Wow Fern - congratulations.

Can you tell me just what you were eating. I can't seem to get any progress and it's coming up 3 weeks for me.

Debaroo-
Unlike most of the people on this board, I do not follow a strict low-carb woe. I am using a cyclical ketogenic diet, which allows for carbing-up on the weekends. I am losing the weight b/c of a combo of the low-carb during the week and TONS of cardio. This week I do 30 mins in the morning and in the evening. If you want anymore info about the CKD, let me know.

:)
