Made the kaylns kitchen breakfast bake with the tomatoes and green peppers. It is very yummy! You ladies have to try it if you can. Trying to use up the roasted turkey breast i made last night. Hoping it will be gone!!!

8/24/18 warm lemon water B- scramble with tomatoes and onions. Coffee and almond milk L- leftovers from yesterday S- coffee with milk a a cheese stick D- had planned on making stuffed pepper, but the kids wanted spaghetti, so I make zoodles for me and spaghetti for the rest of the family with lean grass fed ground beef and SBD approved spaghetti sauce. |
Izzy great job!! Your food looks amazing!! Question for you-how do you prepare your zoodles? do you just microwave them before you add sauce? I have done doodles before but not thrilled because I don't think I made them properly.

Izza on noodles. I just heat in Micowave for few seconds and then throw in pan and add sauce and what else u like Steam veggies.
Gilled chicken what ever. How are you doing with smoothies? I haveto get back. I keep saying that. But I really like it and they did me well. So many recipes on those too. So many ways. |

Coffee with milk L- baked fish with homemade baked fries S- coffee and crackers D- Same as lunch The kids wanted to eat fries for dinner so I make them fish with fries and I was to lazy to make my salad so I ended up eating the same. I need to prepare better so I can make better choices. |

I am glad you like the new gym. Arc training used to be my favorite cardio machine! I feel you exercise every major muscle of your body.
