Well Ive done it
 

I went grocery shopping last night and shopped down the middle aisles of the grocery store for the first time in 7 months. It was weird! I got All Bran, Brown Rice, Whole Wheat Spaghetti, Marinara and some fruit. I am going starting my plan today. Woohoo. I am a little bit scared, but I know if this doesnt work I will be back on Atkins. I am going to give it a 2 week run and see what happens. I wish you all luck. Maybe we should start posting some SBD recipes and food ideas on here.
