multivitamin and facial redness?

I take a multivitamin for about two months.

in the last days in the morning, just taking the pill, I observe red blotches on my face and my knees. To some of you it happened the same thing?

Of course, I stopped taking the pill, and tomorrow I'll see if the redness persists
