Ratio's for lowering Cholesterol on LC

Recent blood work showed my LDL 237, HDL 81, and TG 82. I am committed to continuing eating LC. I have lost 28 lbs since 11/12. All other blood tests and blood pressure is in normal range. All of my factors for metabolic syndrome are under the danger numbers. My doctor is saying we should give it 3-4 months to bring down my LDL before starting any meds. My high LDL is genetic.

Question......

Does anyone know the optimal ratios of fats/proteins/carbs I should be eating? I have been eating about 60%fat/30%protein/10% carb to lose the weight. I am now in Maintenance and I understand some people begin cutting their fats at this point. I am trying to figure out the best strategy to bring down that LDL and continue eating low carb.

Thanks!
