First post, long time low carb
 
Hello!
I'm not new to low carb, and have been following since 2012. I've recently re-dedicated to following it more closely for personal and health benefits.
I love cooking with Carbquik, oat fiber, polydextrose, almond flour, sucralose, acesulfame potassium, stevia, erythritol, and allulose.
Sadly I have recently learned that all of my old links to recipes at Low Carb Friends are broken due to that site shutting down. Many I had saved offline but a few I had not and I'm trying to re-research and possible recreated them. So I am actively pouring over the old threads here to see if I can find similar creations.

I used to hang out at lowcarbfriends too, I did JUDDD for my weight loss phase and hung out in that section quite a bit :)

Welcome back, iambrent. Hope you locate those favorite recipes. My favorites are over at DietDoctor. The recipes there tend to avoid the "carb substitutes" we all favored in the "old days."

I'm not an admin here, just a participant. But this is perhaps a good place to remind everybody reading this thread that keeping a site alive isn't "free." A modest contribution every once in a while keeps the conversation--and the recipes!--available over time. Look for the link, and kick in a few bucks, please.

Now back to our regularly-scheduled hunt for delicious LC eating!
