Broke the 80lbs Lost Barrier Today!!

The scale had been stuck for a while but today I crossed the 80 pounds lost barrier!! Lab work came back pretty clean except for cholesterol level being high. Treating that with medication and slight changes in diet. Huge goal of losing 14.3 more pounds to finally get below the 300lb. mark!! Goal is to do it before my wife and I’s anniversary on Nov 1.
