Irish Oatmeal Pancakes
 

Any of you make the Irish Oatmeal Pancakes? I have made them several times and they are really good! Since I use uncooked McCann's quick-cooking oatmeal, I usually add more liquid (usually 1/2 cup more water) than called for in the recipe in the F & E book. I also made the sauce using strawberries. It was very tasty. I like using the fruit sauce better than SF maple syrup. The main thing is to remember is to cook them long enough per side.
