Leitrim/Roscommon/Longford
 

Hi folks- living near Carrick-on-Shannon, but work near Longford town (no Boots in either place)-- did Atkins breifly last year and lost 19 lbs, but didn't stick- couldn't cook all the time, and regained 15, but have been back on for 3 weeks and lost a stone so far... afraid to leave induction other than a few Vodkas and Diet Cokes....
but found a shop in Longford this week- Lo To Go on the back of the car park of the shopping centre-- sells some Atkins and Carbophobia products-- and plans to get more on request. Thought anyone else in the region may be interested-- the convenience of the occassional breakfast bar is great.

By the way, I did NOT give up my Diet coke-- why is Aspartame so bad? I know it is a chemical, but I am not willing to give this up-- must I?
