Her third book? Easier to read re-hash of the second. If you just want the program without all the hormone medical talk read it. If you want all the medical hows and why's, read the second book.

I have The Program, which I have read through but need to go through again, I also have the Vegetarian cookbook which has some recipies I am looking forward to trying out :-)
