Morning!
An old old member here, but returning after a lengthy break. Having had a couple of kids my weight has crept back up and then some (and the extra pounds have brought some friends!!) and I need to take back control of my eating! Low carb worked when I did it before, I know that I just need to stick with it. I have some difficult habits to overcome so I know the next few weeks especially will be really tough, but time for a positive change!! Day one, phase one today! :) |

When I realized that what I got was so much more than what I "gave up" it got so much easier.
I recommend a journal and some honesty about what really derailed you. Social pressures? Convenience foods? Eating your feelings? Whatever it is, there's a workaround. But first, you need to know what the challenges are. |
