Tex mex bacon,scramble egg and cheese
 

3 eggs
2 rashers of bacon
nob of butter
tex mex seasoning
grated mature chedder cheese

Chop up the bacon as big as you want it and fry it off to your liking then remove from pan.
whisk up 3 eggs and add tea spoon of tex mex to eggs and whisk in.
Melt nob of butter in pan and add eggs.
Keep moving until scrambled and throw your bacon back in at the death.
Dish it up and mix in the cheese

This is my new favourite breakfast!!! Creamy, slightly salty, a touch of spice.......but most oddly.....not eggy....ITS THE BOMB!!!!
