Sugar-Free, Low Carb Chocolate Kisses
 

Here's something that i found on a cooking list i am on and thought i would share...sounds yummy! Enjoy!

Sugar-Free, Low Carb
Chocolate Kisses

2 tablespoons softened butter
1/2 square unsweetened chocolate
1/2 to 1 eyedropper of liquid Stevia*
1 - 2 packets of artificial sweetener of choice

*a naturally sweet food supplement sold in health food stores


Makes About 18 to 20 Candies
Mix all the ingredients together and use a pastry bag and decorating tip (if
you're in a hurry, you can also use a spoon, they just won't look as
decorative) to make "kiss sized" drops on a baking sheet covered in plastic
wrap. Freezer for at least 20 minutes before serving.
