Well, i have been on relacore for three complete days so far.

Thus far, I have not lost any weight, I do not feel "less stressed" as the bottle suggest, no more energy, or any other promised results. Tru its only been three days, but those are my results so far. The only significant change i have noticed is that i have been sleeping very deeply, and very soundly. For the first time ever i sleep completely through the night without waking up, and sleep very deeply

Well that's good then.

Perhaps it's because it's a stress reliever and that's what's causing you to sleep better. You may not feel less stressed but you probably are. :)

IMO!

now how do you know the inches youve lost are b/c of relacore and not the weight losss youve been experiencing due to your diet and excersize?

Because all this time doing Atkins and I had lost nothing around my belly until I started taking Relacore.

Just purchased my first bottle of Relacore. Going to start tomorrow..... I'm excited to see results!!!

everyone - just be very careful about buying bottles on ebay, and from other unkown stores - thre are alot of pirated, or fake meds going around that look just like the real thing, down to the bottle and box design, so it may not be worth it just to save a few dollars - spend a little more and buy direct from relacore or from a known store like a major pharmacy, etc

I've started taking relacore more for the energy and stress relief than for tummy fat. My tummy needs a bit of work but isnt bad (I save my aggravation for my butt and thighs.) I started yesterday and honestly think I've been less moody...more able to ignore my kids when they're being...well...kids (laughing). And my energy level seems NOTICABLY better. Curious though if I could acheive the same results with oil of oregano? Any thoughts? It's much cheaper and since my tummy isnt a big issue...? Kinda hooked on not being tired so much now, though. And I like that it doesnt make me jittery like caffeine...just awake and motivated. I may have to give the OOO a try and compare. Pretty happy with relacore so far though...regardless of weightloss. Any facial hair kicks in, though, and forget it!!! Anyone have any thoughts on the OOO vs Relacore for energy and mood?

AFwife Sun, May-16-04 01:59

Ladycody, I felt energy with OoO too but not like I have with Relacore. I feel less moody and that is a plus for me cause I can be a real Biatch.

Good luck!

Yesterday was my first full day on Relacore and can I just say WOW on the energy level!!! I was soooo alert with the first dose it was sorta freaky and I was a little jittery but by the second dose I was leveled out to a nice energy level and it stayed all day long. I am normally ready for a nap by 3 or 4, now I did take a nap, BUT a 14 min. one compared to a 2 hour one. And I'm usually ready for bed by 9-9:30, but I stayed up past midnight, I don't think that will be the norm but it was nice not to be a zombie early. And after 6 hours sleep I woke up and feel pretty good!!! Usually I'd need LOTS OF COFFEE!!! Hmmm.........this is a good thing!!! I usually need 6-8 hours and still I am sleepy, I think I like this..........we'll see...............

Hugs~

So what are you saying, that it's all psychological? That we want to believe it's working so we suddenly feel more energetic and less stressed? I wonder if then the 5 inches lost is a figment of my imagination as well.

Ladycody Sun, May-16-04 10:42

I have to admit...I think I might reduce to twice a day and take it just first thing in the morning and then again after lunch. Unless I'm going to work...I'd actually be ok with winding down at night. While it doesnt make me obsessively energized...I'm not sure it's necessary later in the day. I'm going to try just the two doses today and see how it goes. It's expensive too...so that'd save some money over the long haul.

Hello all,
I just wanted to say that I have been using this product for 3 days now. The first two I really didnt feel a difference but I didnt take the recommended doses of 3x a day (because I forgot :) ) But today I did take all three and I must say I think it's working. I went to church and I was there from 10am to about 5pm and usually I would be so tired i'd take a 3+ hour nap but I've been up and going all day!!!!! And I just realized that even yesterday I didnt go to sleep or take a nap!!! And I always sleep a lot on the weekends!! I dont know (or really care about losing inches even though I have a lot to lose) I'm just so excited that I dont feel tired!!! I not overly energized or anything I just feel....okay/good !?! Oh and I think cutting my carbs has helped a lot too! Well, I just thought i'd share :)
I did take my measurements just in case so if a lose an inch or two that would be an added bonus!!
:) :) :)
