I promise to keep you all posted of any changed good or bad.

As with anything else I'm sure it'll take some time.

Woke up from a nap and feel energetic. :)

OK, I've lost inches off my waist but my abdominal area has always stayed the same till this morning. WOO HOO

When I started Relacore on Monday evening I measured around the belly area. This morning I'm proud to announce I'm 1 and a half inches smaller there now. :cheer:

Is it Relacore is it coincedience? Who knows but I'm down 1 and a half inches and my exercise pants are real lose now.

Ok will keep ya'll informed of any more changes.

I can't tell you about every herb in this product, but ginseng is a stimulant. That's probably where the energy is coming from.

DHEA is a synthetic hormone.

I did a quick search and this was the first thing I found:

http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/dhea.html

I'd be very very careful with this stuff.

Thank you for the info, I'll keep it in mind.

:)

AFwife-WOOHOO!!! I know that has to be a great feeling! Keep us posted, I am checking on you everyday :)

scott123:
Am I missing something? When I checked the ingredients in Relacore--http://www.relacore.tv/ingredients.html--I don't see anything indicating DHEA.
Thanks.

I am naturally a skeptic about these types of products... Sounds a bit like snake oil to me, but I am anxious to be proven wrong.
Best wishes Relacore users- I am looking forward to being proven wrong.

I don't know if there is DHEA in Relacore or not but I do know that DHEA 'can' (not will) cause women to produce more facial hair. I had been on the DHEA for about 8 months when I complained to my Naturopath about this new face hair problem so he took me off the DHEA and I've had no problem since.
I take a product called Cortitrol. It is a stress control formula that is completely natural.

Contents of Cortitrol:

Magnolia (Magnolia officinalis) Extract (4:1) 133 mg
Epimedium (Epimedium Koreanum 100 mg
Water extract (6:1)
L-Theanine (from Camellia sinensis, 66 mg
Extract 70:1, L_Theanine)
Phytosterol Ester (with Beta Sitosterol) 50 mg
Phosphatidylserine 8.3 mg

I really like the way this works. I had been out for about 8 days and EVERYBODY knew I need to restock. I started stressing again about the 'stupid things'. Blessings, Karen

Do you remember how many mg's you were taking, SpecialK? I read it should only be 5mg/day.

SpecialK Wed, May-05-04 11:24

Sorry Ziggy, I've searched and I just can't find that information. That was about 3-3 1/2 years ago. All I do remember is that it was a liquid that I dropped under my tongue and it was the amount that my Naturopath recommended for Adrenal disfunction. Wish I could tell you more. Blessings, Karen

Relacore does have DHEA. In the bottle it has a cross next to it indicating that daily value not established.

I'm not worried about it.

I'll keep posting any positive or negative results. :)

SpecialK Wed, May-05-04 11:25

BTW Ziggy, Where are you in Michigan? I'm originally from the UP.

Ziggy13 Wed, May-05-04 11:49

AFwife:

I don't see DHEA listed on the ingredient list (DHEA is an acronym for the hormone dehydroepiandrosterone). Please clarify. Thanks.

Karen....I'm in Oakland County. Nice to meet you!
