What to do with chicken breast bones left over from deboning breasts

They still have quite a bit of meat on them.. Is there a way I can use these bones? Turn into a soup maybe?

put them in water, with a couple of onions, a couple of carrots, celery and a couple of bay leaves. The carrot may add a bit of carb, but will make it taste good.

depends how many bones you have tho...

I agree....add some herbs, onion and celery to the water and boil them for stock which you can use in about a thousand different ways...

If you roast the chicken bones before throwing them into a pot of water, you'll end up with a richer-tasting broth.
