nuPasta
 

Hi All, I was kind of in a food lull, and I know that is a dangerous place to be because it’s easy just to grab something easy and carby if you are not satisfied with your food options so I was glad to find the konjac pasta (nuPasta) at my local Walmart. I mixed it with a bit of tomato paste, garlic and bacon and it was soo tasty, definitely keeping these noodles on hand now, thinking of doing a Alfredo with meatballs and also a bowl of pho with them 🙂

I think I saw these at either Metro or Sobey's. :thup: IIRC, they were a little pricey compared to the House Foods tofu shirataki, which I can get at FreshCo and other stores for $1.69 when they're on sale, but I wouldn't mind trying them to compare.
