This recipe is fantastic. :thup: Definitely a keeper. I imagine it would freeze well, but I don't imagine having enough leftovers to freeze.

I substituted beef for the turkey, and I didn't have any tomato sauce, just pureed frozen tomatoes - came out just fine. I imagine you can sub frozen cauliflower crumbles, too.

WOW!! Looks tastey!! Bet my kids would eat it!!

Thought I had bought the larger avocadoes as bothe were side by side on the display at the grocery. Imagine my angst when the green avocados turned yellowy-orange--- MANGOES !!!!
