Salmon Cream Cheese Dip
 

this weekend i made salmon fillets and steaks.

i am horrible at making salmon steaks, i hate it when i overcook salmon,, with a passion... no... i really do... cause i love salmon alot!

so for anyone who loves salmon as much as i do and hates eating it overcooked, here is what you do to make a good spread out of it

piece the meat so you dont have any bones
dump a bunch of whipped cream cheese into it
add some olive oile
lemon squeeze
salt and pepper to taste
dillweed also works good

mix well together and this works as a good snack dip for veggies.
