How to record HIIT in the cardio log?
I'm not losing any more (5 lbs, 3% BF) of the 20 lbs and 9% BF I wanted to lose after 7 weeks of PPLP LC eating and 5 weeks of increasingly difficult resistance and HIIT cardio. I'm willing to post my food and gym log, but the cardio log is designed for steady-state cardio excercise, unless I'm willing to make an entry for every one of the 20 minutes I'm on the recumbent bike. Is there a way to easily enter HIIT cardio in the log?
