before-during-merge photo
 

Hey guys,
I've been playing around with photoshop a bit and decided to post my before-during-and an overlay/merge of the two. Side by side doesn't look like much-but I like seeing the smaller me inside the old me. There is a 44 pound difference between the two. (I had lost a wopping 4 pounds on a lowfat diet prior to starting Atkins).

Funny thing is-the photos don't show where I feel I've lost the most weight-my rear-end! I had quite a caboose. I have lost more sizes in pants than tops. I have gone from a 20W to a 14W or 16 loose in misses sizes. Top has gone from an 18 to a 14-16 loose. I have also gone from a 44DDD to a 38DD-not that I'm complaining.

Just a quick FYI-I updated the photos on my link a bit for November. No more loss tho, sigh.
