I made this one day last summer:
Shrimp Cocktail with Lime and Cilantro Mayonnaise from 200 Ten-Minute Meals by Denise Smart
Separate the leaves from 3 Boston lettuce and divide among 4 glasses. Mix 1/3 c mayonnaise with 1 T lime juice, 2 drops of Tabasco sauce, and 2 T chopped fresh cilantro. Stir in 1 lb cooked, peeled shrimp, then spoon the mixture over the lettuce. Serve immediately with lime wedges for squeezing
