Martha Stewart's daikon radish boxes - recipe

Just saw this recipe for daikon radish cubes stuffed with crab salad. Thought I'd post it here, seems like a great idea for using radishes and stuffing with egg, tuna salad, etc. I love daikon radishes and sometimes they're so large I'm not sure what to do with them:
