I Don't hate on the boyfriend for picking 130. According to the BMI charts for a person of 5'5" 130 is right in the middle of "normal" range. 160 is still in "overweight" land.

I don't put much trust in BMI, but I really can't blame him. Its what "conventional" wisdom says an ideal weight for her would be.

Sheesh, screw everything your boyfriend says! Do what you want for yourself, not for him. Really ladies, why did I fight for women's equality in the 80's so hard to hear you talking about what your man wants you to be? *head in hands despair*
