I am still not exercising but I am trying to stay more active. So I am keeping track of my steps using my Fitbit. During the weekends, I do keep myself busy but I normally don't wear my fitbit all day (I like to wear my nice watches), so I don't keep track of steps on weekends.

Maral. That is a work out for sure. Are they keeping calaries lower and teaching better ways to eat for health and weight loss? Give tips as you can. But great job. In fact today going to do tredmil and I will do 50 ab crushes. |

Tried something I learned at biggest loser. It helps switch things up so your body doesn't get used to doing the same things over and over. You basically pick a couple cardio machines burn a 100 calories and then switch to the next machine. Today I worked out on my lunch hour and burned400 calories. I did the treadmill and the eliptical. The gym and work has a bike and a rowing machine. I think I want to try the rower next time. |

Great job. They have rolling machines at my gym also. Thinking of doing that and few weight machines.
Still holding off on Sauna till eye gets better. You are right.Have to change things around. |

did the biggest loser thing. did 100 calories on a different cardio machine. I burned a little over 300 today working out at the fitness center at work.
