I figured I better get this started. Tonight I just felt like walking an avoiding the dishes. So I did! My dream one day is to actually jog , but I am going to have to work on the lung capacity way before I even think about it. The legs can handle it anytime.
So today , walked 30 minutes around where I live , it was 1.75 miles ( thats what it is in the car......we have driven it before so we knew....we being me & the neighbor.). |
OK , I gotta get my self in gear if I ever want to accomplish this weight loss thing. I have done it before with walking & I will do it again
School started today , perfect opportunity to get my ass in gear . 20 minutes today ( 1866 steps) 1.25 miles ( thats the length around the development where I live) I will start adding more blocks everyday. I have to calibrate my pedometer because the milage is off. |
Until I calibrate my pedometer , I will log minutes & steps because I added a block today & have no idea how long it is.
so today , 25 minutes /2703 steps I will try to beat it the previous days steps every day . |
Yesterday I walked 1.75 miles.
Today I walked 2.5 miles. (forgot the pedometer) |
