Status report- Roll Call

Just wanted to see how everyone was doing with the dynamic duo...not smoking and low carbing. Pretty good here. Smoke free for 3 weeks and one day. Doing good on the low carbs... do think I may be eating too many salads. Maybe slowing me down. Hope all are doing well. Keep up the support for all who need it and :clap: give yourselves a big hand!!!!!!!!
