Quick, easy, mock tiramisu
 

I don't know if this has ever been posted but here goes. Its an adaptation of the mock danish recipe:

4 oz marscapone cheese
2 eggs
3 Tablespoons DaVinci SF Kahlua
Chocolate whipped cream (I just used the stuff in the can)
1/2 teaspoon unsweetened dark cocoa powder

Mix well and microwave for 3 minutes on high
Let cool completely
Top with chocolate whipped cream
Sprinkle with cocoa powder

Serves 2

This tasted awesome and had a texture similar to real tiramisu, enjoy!
