Dolphinlov rolls off the sofa!
Actually, I started exercising a few weeks ago. I bought a mini-stepper and have been using it five days a week. When I started, I could only do 3 minutes!
I am now up to 29, will be doing 30 tomorrow. Here is my plan for next week. M W F 30 minutes on stepper toning: back, chest, shoulders and abs T Th 30 minutes on stepper toning: arms and legs |
Did my 30 minutes yesterday.
Today wasn't going to do any, as I am on my feet all day at work, I work in a nursing home, but got home, was feeling sleepy, figured the best remedy for that was exercise! Ended up doing 35 minutes! |
10 reps on all band exercises
10 crunches 10 pelvic tilts |
5 min warm up on stepper
stretches 12 reps on bands 12 crunches 12 pelvic tilts 8 diagonal arm lift on balance board 8 squat balance on b b 15 minutes on stepper,5 low 5 mod 5 low stretches |
