Chai Tea Latte
 

Hi! I'm new to the forums and to atkins in general. I've been easing my way into the program, today I cut myself off of all soda pop after reading a thread on diet pepsi.

I am wondering about Chai Tea Lattes. How evil are these??? lol.
I generally buy the concentrated stuff that you mix half n' half with milk to make equal portions and I only have 1 glass about midday. I just want to stay informed and would like some input from seasoned followers of the plan.

I also love chai tea lattes. I created my own version to cut the carbs and sugar found in most. I use good earth chai tea, add cream (not half and half), and sweeten with Splenda. you can also put this into the blender with ice for a smoothie version. :roll:
