Looking for a buddy
 

:wave: Hi- My name is Lisa and I have just started Atkins 9 days ago. I am looking for someone to share ideas about what to eat during this wonderful stage of induction :daze: I have been eating pretty much what I am suppose to but have not lost but one pound :bash: oh well- There is no way in the world I can quit now! Any ideas??? :help:

Hey lisa, i think you may have posted this concern in the wrong section. Try asking in the newbie question area and you'll get lot's of suggestions from the experienced LC-ers. I'm about 10 days into induction too but i've been able to lose about 8 pounds so I'm not much help there. However, I note that we are about the weight with about the same to loose. I'd be happy to be a buddy if you haven't found one yet.
