_____________
According to fitday.com a 3 oz. package of cream cheese = 2.26g carbs, so that's
16 oz. cream cheese = 12.05
1/2 cup sour cream = 4.91
.3 oz. box SF lemon jello = .49
______________________________
Total for whole ch-cake = 17.45g provided you use SF vanilla.

So cut into 8 servings, each serving = 2.18g

But the package of cream cheese that I have says 1 oz. = 2g carbs. So using that the total would be 36.4g or about 4.5g per serving.

Finally! I found this cheesecake recipe again!
Have been going frantic for weeks. Googling, magazine websites etc, etc, etc.
Waiting for the cream cheese to warm up right now! Then, I swear, it's the last job I do tonight.

Killer No Cook Cheesecake

Ladies, Please don't limit yourself to just lemon! There are plenty of sugar-free flavors! I love strawberry, lime and this week I purchased a mix of another fruit and strawberry. Branch out! Enjoy!
