Today is the day. I want to do 15 mins. on the eliptical and some free weights. I am also going to walk while Kay is at cheerleading. Workout here I come. I want a bikini....I want a bikini.....I want a bikini!

Ok....haven't started yet. I am going to do atleast something tonight. I am thinking free weights for my arms!

I finally started today! 8 mins. on the eliptical, 3 sets of 12 crunches and a few free weights to target the pelican arm. I feel great!!!

Sunday is my off day. Today after Kay's cheer/gym class I will do another hopefully 10 mins. on the eliptical, 3 sets of 12 crunches and a few free weights. Today feels like a good day, Amber |

Hit the upper body weights in short, hard and heavy sets. Do 'em first, while you still have some juice to lift with. You would be amazed how hard you can work your arms - and it seems to be necessary to get any results, for me anyway. Good job - keep it up! |
Last night I switched up a bit. I did 30 mins. of arms and abs of steel. It felt good!!! I am going to do just cardio tonight....oh yeah and yard work! I feel much better working out.

No exercise on Tuesday, it was our anniversary (8 years).
Last night I did 10 mins. on the eliptical and almost 15 mins. pilates. Boy are the pilates tuff!!! I want to do 20 mins. on the eliptical and some more pilates. |
I haven't been exercising like I should. I need to get more regular with it. I plan to do my 30 mins. of arms and abs of steel tonight. Maybe I can get the hubby to do it also!!!

Sorry if no one else thinks this is exercise, but I did yard work. To me that is exercise. I trimmed and cut bushes and cleaned the yard with my hubby. All while making dinner. Kill two birds with one stone I say. I plan to do my 30 mins. of abs and arms of steel and a little Leslie Sansone walk away the lbs. tonight. Better yet...I know I am going to do it!

I swear I am soooo lazy. By the time I get home cook dinner, dishes and some laundry, I am pooped! I really don't feel like doing anything but sitting on the couch. I need MOTIVATION. You would think with vacation coming up I would want to bust butt! I am thinking about switching to mornings for exercise. I have way more energy then. I am going to go crazy with exercise this weekend!!!

Much needed house work and yard work this weekend. I also did 40 mins. of Leslie Sansone video. I really liked her video!!! I want to get the rest of them.
Tonight I am going to do the rest of the Leslie Sansone video and then start it over. I want to tighten my arms. I want tight arms and abs by my b-day next year! |
Ok ok...I must get started. What is wrong with me. I need motavation! I did walk the mall with my mom last night. I want to take Kay for a walk tonight (weather permit). She helps a ton with exercise!

I did 60 crunches last night. I had poor time management due to getting out of work late. Atleast I did something. I need to get more regular!

This weekend Kay got a new trampoline. Boy was that a workout putting it together. I got on and jumped for a bit. I am going to jump on it again tonight. It is good exercise. I am going for a walk while Kay is at gym class tonight.

Last night I did 60 crunches and some free weights for my arms. This morning I got up and did 15 mins on the eliptical before it broke. I could have gone way longer. I am so amazed at how much energy I have in the morning! I am going to stick to doing cardio in the AM.

You can do it just keep adding more time weekly to your exersize. Also I read that you shouldnt eat for a hour after you work out. Keep up the good work cuttie

No problem. I was slacking for a while on the exersizing but started again. Sometimes I dont want to exersize but when I do I feel better when Im done. Keep up the good work. You can do it....

I got up this morning and did 10 mins on the eliptical. Not bad for just starting again. Getting up early and exercising makes your whole day go great! You feel so energized. Tomorrow I want to do 15. |

Well good for you getting up and working out. I cannot get out of bed till the last minute when I gotta get ready for work. Looks like your really dedicated to loosing the weight.I been staying at the same weight for about three weeks for some reason, maybe its because Im cheating every once in a while. You need to start a journal so I can visit you there. I live in Glen Burnie. Where abouts Baltimore? I grew up in South Baltimore. I really am tired of being fat. I keep telling myself I am too pretty to be fat. No, I do not have a big head...I just know I can turn a few...lol. Well I am off to workout, hope to hear from you soon!

Hello Amber, I live in Essex. I grew up in Eastfield Dundalk. Hey you are a beautiful person and imagine how may heads you will be turning when you reach your goal. It’s good you think that way. Im praying I can stick with this new way of life. You got to be proud of me I got up early and worked out today. Let’s hope I keep doing it. I have two kids and they keep me busy at night so it’s hard to make time to work out. I will post a pic of my kids so check out my profile. Also when are you putting a new photo up? I have one 6 year old girl and with cheerleading she keeps me busy. I try to make time for myself, but so far all I have is the mornings.
Thanks for the compliment. Great job getting up and working out this morning!!! I know you can stick with it, it is so easy. Don't get me wrong...I cheat too. I just make sure I go right back to eating right. If I didn't cheat I probably would be farther by now. :D I have a few new photos that I need to scan and post. DH and I went to Punta Cana this August and I have a few from there. Everyone keeps saying I look great, but I just don't see it yet. To start a journal go to the bootcamp/journals section and start a new thread (green square up top to the left). Make sure you call it something cool, you can't change the title. After you make your first entry click post reply and it is ready to go. |
my kids are 2 and 10 moths old gabbie was born on holloween. For some reson I cannot post replys it says You don't have permission to post comments for images in this category. You are the only one I been talking to. I emailed support but no help.
