Psyllium husk porridge
This is great if you, like me, love cereal in the morning.
3 tbs heavy cream 1 tbs psyllium husk 1-2 tsp Splenda 1 drop vanilla essence 1 teaspoon water to thin out porridge Optional - sprinkle of cinnamon to serve. Warm cream, water and vanilla gently in a pan. Add Splenda. Slowly add in psyllium husk, stirring as you go to avoid clumping. Best served while wearing favourite dressing gown and reading morning newspaper. |
