Success at my first social gathering!
 

Well, I know this is small, but I've only been on low-carb for two days and I already had a social gathering to go to. I was a complete success! Normally, I would go off the diet right away! I had a couple pieces of roast beef and cheese and stayed away from the food table. It was really hard, but I did it! There are so many baby showers, graduation parties and cookouts coming up, so this felt really good that I did good at the start. :yay:

bbq's are fun on atkins......bring them on, just dont forget the low carb ketchup :D
