"L-A SHAPE DIET"

hi, I was wondering if anyone has tried the L-A SHAPE DIET it was featured in WOMAN'S WORLD june,29 2004.It was developed at UCLA and customizes the protein for your body! It helped me break a 6 mt. stall!!!!
