Same as always 2 coffee with cream (measured) 2 tbls. Per cup

Decaf coffee with half and half.

2 fried cheese eggs with grilled smoked sausage (southwest hot mustard)

Fadting till lunch 17 hours

Sauteed spinach in butter, and scrambled egg in pan when it wilted, topped with chunks of Dutch Gouda. Half Caff w/HC.

I love it on eggs :)
I picked up a blue cheese finishing salt that is pretty good, but it's a lot more salty than blue cheesy lol.
I think it will be good on steaks though.
