I'm not sure I'm posting this in the correct place, but what does the :idea:
symbol beside peoples name mean?
Is it always on? Can it be turned off?

Yes, it means a member is online. If you wish to turn it off, go to your Edit Options page .. https://forum.lowcarber.org/profile.php?do=editoptions. At the top, you'll see "Use Invisible Mode". Put a check in the box, scroll down to the bottom and click "Save Changes".
