This is a friendly and supportive group. We celebrate victories, both scale and non-scale. We cheer for you for keeping on going in the wake of adversity. We wait patiently everyday with you who have slow losses. Everyone is welcome to join right in at any time.

I need some accountability! After maintaining for years at <125, I crept up over the course of 2018 with no change in diet or eating habits, so I fear a continuing upward trend.
I’m going to integrate better fasting and portion reduction to get under control for 2019.
